Farmhouse and cottage. Mid-late C17 and early C19. Rubble, stone slate roofs. 2 storeys, 2:4 first-floor windows. Quoins overall. Farmhouse to right: mid-late C17. Ground floor: in second bay, C20 part-glazed 4-panel door in ashlar chamfered surround with shallow Tudor arch to soffit of lintel; to left and right a double-chamfered cross window. First floor, from left: 2-light double-chamfered mullion window; double-chamfered oculus glazed with small panes; C20 two-light casement window; 2-light double- chamfered mullion window. Shaped kneeler with early type of profile to right. End stacks, that to left of ashlar and corniced, that to right with brick superstructure. Cottage: slightly taller. To right, board door in slightly-raised ashlar surround; above it, first-floor sash window with inscription "GB" on lintel; to left, ground-floor 4-pane sash window and first-floor 4-pane casement window, both with ashlar projecting sills and deep lintels. Kneelers (both broken), ashlar coping. Brick stack at left end. Cottage empty at time of resurvey.
