NORTHALLERTON HIGH STREET SE 3694-3794 (west side) 6/56 No 215 GV II House, now shop. Early-mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Red-brown brick in Flemish bond, Welsh slate roof to front, Westmorland slate roof to rear. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor: C20 shop front. First floor: 4-pane sash windows with flush exposed sash boxes, projecting ashlar sills and flat arches. Second floor: matching half-size windows. Dentil eaves. Kneelers, ashlar coping. Rebuilt end stack to left.
