Description

The Harbour Office, located at 1 to 3 Marine Parade, is an early 19th-century building that stands four storeys tall and is constructed of ashlar stone. The building is curved to fit the site and features six windows with wood architraves and flat arches. The top two storeys have blocked windows, while the ground and first floor windows are irregularly arranged. On the first floor to the left, there is a loading door. The Haggersgate elevation has five windows with moulded wood frames and glazing bars, along with two loading doors. Additionally, there is a double carriage door on the ground floor and a 19th-century door that includes a rectangular fanlight.
