Description

Number 17 on Haggarsgate is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a stone eaves cornice and has three sash windows with brick arches, which do not have glazing bars. There are brick bands between the storeys. The entrance is highlighted by an open pedimented doorcase that includes fluted pilasters and a semi-circular fanlight, also without glazing bars. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of Haggarsgate.
