Description

The Warden's House of the Mission to Seamen, dating from around the early 19th century, is a two-storey building with attics. It features a modern pantile roof that has two gabled 19th-century dormers with carved bargeboards. The structure is made of painted brick and has two windows with rendered arches, double-hung sashes, and glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century windows, two modern windows, and two modern doors, all with rendered arches. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection that also includes The Star Cafe and The Missions to Seamen.
