  1. Formerly shown as House adjoining No 14A on left. Rear premises of No 9 Marine Parade. Late C18. 2 storeys in brick. Hipped pantile roof. Stone quoins and blocking course. 1 window, a large round-headed sash with glazing bars and archivolt band. Ground floor has door of 6 fielded panels on left with moulded keystone, central sash window with keystone and round-headed door of 6 fielded panels on tile right with glazed fanlight and rendered architrave.
