Description

No 13 Haggarsgate is a late 18th-century former house, located on the east side of Haggarsgate, adjacent to No 14A and behind No 9 Marine Parade. The building is two storeys high and constructed of brick, featuring a hipped pantile roof. It has stone quoins and a blocking course.

The front elevation includes one large round-headed sash window with glazing bars and an archivolt band. On the ground floor, there is a door with six fielded panels on the left, which has a moulded keystone above it. The central sash window also has a keystone, while to the right, there is another round-headed door with six fielded panels, a glazed fanlight, and a rendered architrave.
