Description

Number 12 Haggarsgate is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic, constructed of brick. The ground floor features a bowed shop front with reeded pilasters and a contemporary door to the left. Above, there is a modern window and a blocked window to the left. The pantile roof is adorned with two sloped dormers that have sash windows, one of which is set slightly lower than the eaves. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of Haggarsgate.
