Description
This cottage, dating from the 18th century or early 19th century, is located adjacent to Kenmuir on the south side. It is constructed of pinkish brick and features dentilled eaves. The roof is covered with cement tiles and has chimneys at both ends. The building is two storeys high and consists of two bays. It has segmental arched openings, with a central entrance that includes a 20th-century door and an oblong fanlight. The windows are sash style and have glazing bars. The cottage is included in the listing primarily for its group value with Kenmuir.
