Description
This is a cottage located at 22 Farnborough Village, dating from the 18th century with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and partially covered with tiles, featuring tiled roofs that are half hipped. It has a rectangular plan that is positioned at right angles to No. 21 and faces the road. The cottage is one and a half storeys on the left side and two storeys on the right side, with gabled dormers on the left. There are ridge chimneys located off centre to the left and at the junction between the two sections of the building. The south elevation includes three 3-light casement windows with cambered heads on the left side, with a boarded door situated between the second and third windows from the left. On the right side, there is one 2-light casement window. This cottage is included for its group value.
