School, now cottage. Late C18 and Cl9. Brick, part thatched and part slated roof. Long rectangular plan, at right angles to No.22 (q.v.) and parallel to No.21 (q.v.); chimney at centre of ridge and at junction between builds. One and a half storeys. East Elevation:- C19 build to left with two 3-light casements with cambered heads; C18 build to right with thatched roof, two 3-light casements with cambered heads on ground floor, flanking boarded entrance door, two 3-light casements under eaves on first floor. Included for group value.
