Description

Holly Cottage is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of vitreous brick with red quoins and dressings, featuring brick dentil eaves. The roof is gabled, covered with old tiles, and has flanking chimneys. The building has two storeys and an entrance front with three bays. The upper outer windows are two-light sliding casements set in architrave frames, while the central panel is blocked. On the ground floor, there are four-pane outer sash windows, all with glazing bars. The central porch is rectangular, has a curved lead roof, and features a half-glazed door.
