Description

This is a house dating from the 18th century, located approximately 10 metres to the west of the Old Rectory in Masham Market Place. The building is constructed of stone, rendered, and features a graduated stone slate roof. It has three storeys and two bays. The ground floor has a 20th-century half-glazed door, with two 4-pane side-sliding sashes to the right and one to the left. On the first floor, there are two 12-pane side-sliding sashes. The second floor contains two 4-pane 20th-century casements. There are end stacks. This house is included for its group value with the nearby Old Rectory.
