Description

Radleigh House is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, situated on the south side of Masham Market Place. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings, and has a graduated stone slate roof. The building is four bays wide and two storeys high. Chamfered quoins are present on either side of the right-hand three bays. The main entrance is a six-panel door with an overlight, set within a moulded stone surround, located in the third bay. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars and plain surrounds; those in the right-hand bays have projecting tiestones. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping, and end stacks complete the exterior.
