Description
The gates, piers, and wall to Thorganby Hall, located approximately five metres north of the house, were constructed around 1822. The structure features cast iron gates, ashlar piers, and a gault brick wall. The wall is approximately 1 metre long and 1.5 metres high, topped with ashlar coping. It includes a square pier at one end and ramps up to a cylindrical gate pier. The gates consist of three levels of rails with bars and dog bars, adorned with lance heads, and feature an arch with diamond bracing. This structure is included for its group value.
