Description
Spring Hill Farmhouse and barn, dated 1811, is a two-storey structure with a symmetrical facade, built from coursed squared stone and ashlar, topped with a graduated stone slate roof. The farmhouse features two bays and has a central gabled porch with a board door on the right return, which has a lintel inscribed "IY esq 1811". The windows are all chamfered three-light mullion windows with casements. The building includes shaped kneelers, stone coping, and end stacks with shaped top stones. Attached to the left of the house is the barn, which has a 20th-century board door and forms a right angle coming forward from the farmhouse.
