Description
Higher Green Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from 1768, as indicated by the inscription above the door. It is constructed of dressed stone and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. Notable features include ashlar quoins, stone gutter corbels, coping, and kneelers. The windows are 3-light with flat faced surrounds and slightly recessed mullions, with the central lights being much broader. The doorway has a plain surround, and there are gable stacks at either end of the roof.
