Description
13 and 14 Falconer's Road are early 19th-century buildings located on a corner site with Falconer's Square. They are three stories tall and have a stucco exterior, featuring a frieze and a moulded cornice. Number 13 has one modern window on each floor facing the road, a bowed corner with glazing bar sash windows on each floor, and a three-story canted bay window facing Falconer's Square, with its glazing bars intact. Number 14 features two two-story canted bay windows and two single windows on the upper floors, one of which is blind. The ground floor has an altered shop front. These buildings have group value, as they are part of a collection of listed buildings in Falconer's Road and Nos 3 to 9 Falconer's Square.
