Description

These are early 19th-century buildings, part of the same block as numbers 2 to 8 The Square. They have a stuccoed facade with a moulded eaves cornice and a slate roof. The buildings are three storeys high and have three windows, including blank spaces on the south side on both floors. The windows are sash windows with moulded, shouldered architraves and glazing bars. There are two front doors, each with a solid fanlight and a doorcase featuring a dentil cornice and panelled pilasters, approached by steps. An additional door is located at the rear, providing access to a passage, and has a moulded architrave. This building is of group value context with numbers 2 to 8 The Square.
