Description

12 The Square is a late 18th century to early 19th century building featuring a rendered facade with some decorative timber strips. It has a slate roof with end chimneys, one of which has been truncated. The building stands three storeys tall and has two sash windows with glazing bars, while the top floor sashes are set in moulded boxed frames. The ground floor includes modern reproduction bow windows and a central door set in a modern timber panel. The side facade is roughcast.
