Description

These are two early 19th-century buildings forming part of The Square. They are two storeys high, with a four-window arrangement. The front is rendered, with number 2 painted. The roof is covered with old, grouted slates. The buildings feature moulded cornices and eaves brackets. The sash windows have moulded architraves and cill brackets, and there is a cill band to the first floor. Shop fronts and doorways are accentuated by cornices supported on enriched consoles. The listed buildings in The Square are grouped together for their visual unity.
