The ground and first-floor windows have cornices, while the central first-floor window is adorned with a pediment supported by moulded brackets. One ground-floor window also has a cornice on consoles. Small iron balconies are present at the first-floor windows. The main entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a plain glazed fanlight, all set within a shaped stucco frame that includes a cornice on brackets. There is also a side door featuring a blind fanlight and a moulded stucco frame. The building is finished with a modillion eaves cornice and sits on a stone plinth, accessed by three steps.
