Early C19, 3 storeys in stucco with hipped Welsh slate roof. Modern ashlar bank front to ground floor. 5 windows in shouldered surrounds, glazing bars to top floor only. Modillion eaves cornice. The 2nd storey windows have cornices on brackets.
