Description

21 The Square is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed in stucco with a hipped Welsh slate roof. The ground floor features a modern ashlar bank front. The building has five windows with shouldered surrounds, and only the top floor windows have glazing bars. A modillion eaves cornice runs along the top, and the second storey windows are adorned with cornices on brackets. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 18, 18A, 19, and 21 to 24, as well as the building between Nos 24 and 25, and Nos 25 to 27.
