The gates and gate piers of The White House are made of stucco and feature incised pointing and cornice caps. They are complemented by wrought iron gates, large dog rails, intricate scrollwork, and a swept superstructure. The White House, along with Woodend, the Art Gallery, and Londesborough Lodge, forms an important group of buildings.
