Description
The garden wall and garden shelter located to the west of Lowfields Park were built around 1800. The wall is constructed with rubble stone coping and encloses the garden on the east, west, and north sides, while the south side is open, providing a view over the parkland. At the extreme south-west end of the wall, there is a round-headed garden shelter featuring a plain surround, a square base, impost blocks, and a keystone. Above the keystone, there is a plaque inscribed with "ITM 1804." The entrance at the south-east end of the shelter also has a plain surround, square base, impost blocks, and a round head keystone.
