Description

7 Prospect Place is a late 18th-century building that stands three stories tall and is constructed of red brick. It features a gutter and cornice, with a gable end roof covered in black pantiles. The front of the building faces east and is designed with two symmetrical windows and a central door. The door has six fielded panels and a false semi-circular radiating fanlight, all set within a doorcase that includes fluted pilasters, a broken entablature, and an open pediment. Inside, there is a plain open string staircase with a swept handrail. This building is part of a group of listed buildings in Prospect Place, which includes The Bell Hotel on Bland's Cliff.
