Description
The Brewery Stores, known as Moor, Robson and Charrington, is a former dray loading bay and stabling building from the mid-19th century. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, topped with a gable end roof made of old pantiles and featuring stepped brick eaves. On the first floor, there are four windows with a sill course, each fitted with two-light casements. The ground floor has a segmental carriage arch located to the left of the centre, which includes flush stone imposts and a keystone, along with double doors and a fanlight. To the left, there is a three-light casement that has been converted into a hatch leading onto the loading platform. To the right, another three-light casement and a blocked window also open onto the loading platform. Both platforms are made of brick and curve into the carriageway, featuring iron wheel-bollards. The building is listed for its group value with the adjacent Nos 21 to 24. There is also a range of brewery outhouses located at the rear.
