Description
Red Cat Cottage is an early to mid-18th century cottage that has been altered. It is two storeys tall and has a double-fronted design with two windows. The roof is made of Welsh slate, featuring coped gables and kneelers. The walls are constructed from coursed grit stone rubble. The sash windows are slightly recessed and have plain heads and shutters. The entrance has a plain stone surround and a modern glazed door. At the back, there is a kitchen outshut that retains its original roof beams. Red Cat Cottage is part of a group with Nos 2 to 4 (even) Bachelor Gardens.
