Description

75 Frenchgate is a small cottage dating from the mid-18th century, constructed of rubble and roughly rendered. It features a Welsh slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has two three-light windows with sliding sashes and glazing bars, as well as one two-light window with stone lintels. On the ground floor, there are two modern bowed oriel windows. The entrance door is six panels set within a modern wooden doorcase that has a pediment. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 55 to 75 (odd) and Nos 79 to 83 (odd).
