Description

15 Flints Yard is a Grade II listed building consisting of two sections. The right-hand section, dating from the 18th century, features two windows without glazing bars and one small modern window to the right. The ground floor includes one long narrow window and a two-light window set under a flat stone arch. There is a modern door framed in plain wood. The building has a pantile roof and is finished in roughcast, painted.

The left-hand section is taller and has one window on the first floor with a wood surround, as well as one window on the ground floor with stone arches and one narrow window. This section also has a pantile roof. The building is included as part of a group with the rear of No 85 Frenchgate, and Nos 7 to 15 Flints Yard form a cohesive group.
