Description
94 West Street is a Grade II listed building, originally part of a pair with No 96, now a single dwelling. This structure dates back to the 17th century and features two storeys plus an attic. It has a two-window facade constructed of square timber framing, which is exposed on the right gabled end and the rear wall, while the main front is covered with roughcast. The building includes 18th-century casement windows with modern leaded lights on both the ground and first floors. There are two flush gabled dormers in the roof, which is covered with old tiles. A modern tiled doorhood has been added. This building is part of a group of listed buildings along the north-west side of West Street, from Nos 78 to 98.
