Description

98 West Street is a cottage that is one storey plus an attic, likely originating from the 17th century. The front wall has been rebuilt in 18th century brickwork. It features camberheaded three-light casements with leaded lights and a flush half-dormer on the right side. The entrance includes a six-panel door, and the roof is covered with old tiles. There are also traces of timber framing visible at the rear. This building is part of a group of listed buildings located on the north-west side of West Street, ranging from Nos 78 to 98.
