RATTLESDEN BIRDS GREEN TL 95 NE 3/72 The Cygnets - GV II Cottage, probably C17. One storey and attics. 2-cell plan probably once with lobby-entrance. Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched roof with one C19 eyebrow casement dormer. An axial chimney, the shaft rebuilt in C19 red brick. A pair of C18 or early C19 casements. Boarded and battened entrance door; C19 architrave.
