Description

Prospect House, located on Sutton North Road, is a house dating from the late 18th century that has been altered from two cottages. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building has quoins, copings, and kneelers. There are two plain doorways, each topped with pediments. The house is two storeys high and has two bays, with stepped three-light square mullion windows and a single light window above the doors. Gable chimneys complete the exterior.
