Description

This is an early 19th century pair of buildings on Cold Bath Road. They are three storeys high with a semi-basement. Each property has two windows. The roof is slate-covered with coped gables and eaves, featuring paired brackets. The exterior is constructed from coursed, squared grit stone rubble with sill strings. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars. The ground and first floors have segmental, bowed, three-light windows with pilasters; the first-floor windows are further embellished with a cornice. The doorways are round-arched, featuring keys and flanking pilasters, radial fanlights, and panelled doors. Access is provided via a step flanked by cast iron railings.
