Description

26 and 28 Cold Bath Road are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the early 19th century. They stand three storeys high with semi-basements and each features two windows. The roofs are slated, with coped gables and bracketed eaves. The buildings are constructed from grit stone ashlar. The windows are architraved sash types, complete with ears and glazing bars, and include margin lights. Number 26 has a modern projecting shopfront, while number 28 has a doorway with a console bracketed hood, a fanlight, and a panelled door that is accessed by steps with cast iron railings. Numbers 22 to 28 form a group.
