Description

This is an 18th-century pair of buildings, now combined into a single property, and significantly altered internally. The buildings are constructed of brick and are three storeys high, with basements and attics. They have seven windows across the front. The windows are flush framed and have flat-headed sash windows, some retaining original glazing bars. The roofs are slate covered, with a timber modillion eaves cornice and five dormers added later. Each property has an entrance door, with doorways located in the third and fourth window bays, each framed by pilasters and bracketed hoods. A fine plaster ceiling is found on the first floor of No. 22.
