Description
This building is a range of three stables and a carriage shed, now used as stables, a pigsty, and a garage. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed of dressed sandy limestone with a pantile roof. The structure is single-storey with a seven-bay front. There is a boarded garage door at the right end and an iron grille door next to a barred window at the left end. The central bays feature plank stable doors with slatted windows. All openings have timber lintels. A cockerel weather-vane is located on the right gable end. The building is included for its group value, although the left end is in separate ownership.
