Description

Jasmine House is a late 18th-century house with alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of dressed sandy limestone with a pantile roof and brick stacks. The house has a two-cell, direct-entry plan and a two-storey, two-window front. An off-centre four-panel door, with a divided overlight, is flanked by small-pane cross windows. The first floor has 2-light, six-pane casement windows. All windows have painted stone sills, and the openings have painted lintels, with timber lintels on the first floor. There are end stacks. The building is included on the list for its group value.
