Description

The House is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Church Street, Nunnington. It is constructed of dressed sandy limestone with a pantile roof and brick stacks. The house features a central stairhall plan and presents a two-storey, two-window facade. The front door is a six-panel design, protected by a Gothick-glazed fanlight. All windows are two-light casements with small panes and painted stone sills. The openings have painted stone lintels. The gables are coped, and the house has shaped kneelers. There are end stacks. At the rear, a round-arched sash window with Gothick glazing is found in the centre of the first floor. The windows have been altered in the 20th century.
