Description
Bridge Cottage is a house from the 18th century that has undergone later alterations and an extension. It is built from coursed rubble stone and features a pantile roof with a brick chimney stack. The building is two stories high and has a one-window front, with a one-story, one-window extension that is set forward on the left side. There is a boarded door, accessed by a stone step, located to the right of a two-light, eight-pane horizontal-sliding sash window, both of which have painted timber lintels. On the first floor, there is a two-light, six-pane horizontal-sliding sash window. The left end has a chimney stack, and the extension includes a 20th-century top-opening window.
