Description
The cross base and shaft, located in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul, date back to the medieval period and are made of magnesian limestone. The structure features a square plinth that tapers to an octagonal base, which has a deep rectangular mortice intended for the shaft. Additionally, there are remains of a chamfered shaft lying to the side. This cross base and shaft are situated approximately 2 metres south of the porch.
