Description

Bankfield Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in English garden wall bond and has a corrugated iron roof. The building features a central entry and is two storeys high with five bays, where the three central bays project slightly forward. The entrance has a half-glazed door, and throughout the house, there are 16-pane and 4-pane sash windows set beneath cambered brick arches. A first-floor band runs along the façade, and the eaves are dentilled. There is a stack at the right end of the house, and it has a hipped roof. The interior has not been inspected.
