Description

31 Boroughgate is a building dated 1851, designed in the Gothic style. It is constructed of grey stone ashlar and features a slate roof with clustered chimneys positioned diagonally. The building is two storeys high and includes a four-centred arched carriage entry. The windows are casement style, with pointed arched panes and dripstones above. The central window bay projects and is topped with a gable, which, along with the flanking eaves, is adorned with scalloped bargeboards.
