Description
Peartree House is a house built in the early to mid-19th century, as indicated by its appearance on the 1838 tithe map. The building features coursed rubble with rusticated quoins and has a graduated slate roof. It is a symmetrical structure with two storeys and three bays. The front includes a 20th-century panelled door flanked by sash windows on either side, with three additional sashes above, all featuring glazing bars and dressed stone surrounds. There are brick chimneys at each end of the house. A lean-to addition on the west side is not of interest.
