Description
This is a farm building located approximately 10 metres southeast of Cark House. It is constructed of stone rubble with slobbered mortar and features quoins, topped with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high. The northeast elevation includes a two-light single-chamfered-mullioned window, with the lintel replaced by timber and a dripcourse above it. The southeast elevation has windows with casements on both storeys and an entrance accessed by a ramp. The northwest elevation features a first-floor window, while the southwest elevation has an entrance that was part of a former wider opening and includes a gable end stack. The building is included for its group value with Cark House.
