Description
Petteril Bank is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from grey-pink dressed sandstone. It features a string course and V-jointed quoins, topped with a graduated greenslate roof that has coped gables and kneelers. The building includes a sandstone chimney stack along with a 20th-century reconstituted stone chimney stack. It is two storeys high with three bays. The entrance has a panelled door set within a pilastered surround and is topped by a pediment. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, all framed in stone surrounds.
