Description

The boundary stone on Blackrock Bridge dates from the early 19th century and is made of red sandstone. It has a triangular shape with a pyramidal cap and is positioned against the inner face of the bridge. One side of the stone is inscribed with "UP. HESKET," while the other side reads "PLUMPTON."
