Two houses. Probably 1740, altered. Pebbledashed with slate roof. 2 storeys plus attic. The main house is a 3-window range and has C20 casement windows in painted stone surrounds of C19 type with prominent tooling, a chamfer, and an outer narrow hollow chamfer. Above all 3 bays there is a mid C20 flat-roofed attic dormer. The central C20 glass porch covers a moulded doorway which has a lintel inscribed '1740'. The right-hand house is a 2-window range and has windows and surrounds similar to those of the main house, except for the left-hand bay on the ground floor which has a C20 casement with plain reveals and a glazed porch to its left. Above the left-hand bay there is a flat-roofed attic dormer. Chimneys on left-hand gable and between houses. INTERIOR: the main house has chamfered main ceiling beams, an oak dogleg stair with a handrail but with the balusters removed, and a re-set spice cupboard door with a raised and fielded panel.
