Description
Yew Tree House, which includes a boundary wall, dates from the 18th century and later. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a dentil eaves cornice and rusticated corner pilasters. The windows are sash style, and there are gauged brick arches over the ground floor openings. The central entrance has a moulded doorcase and a panelled door. A flat-roofed dormer with a casement window is present, along with a later lean-to extension on the left side. The house has shaped gables with internal chimney stacks and a moulded string course on the west gable. There is a central bank opening at the first floor level and a later facade on the south side. The boundary wall is made of coped red brick and features pilasters at the north-east corner.
