Description
Keld Farmhouse is a house dated 1763, featuring the inscription "Edward & Mary Lancafter" on the frieze above the door. The building has undergone later alterations and is constructed of coursed, squared rubble with a graduated slate roof and stone coping at the west end. It has a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays. The entrance consists of a part-glazed door set within a corniced doorcase, flanked by a window on either side, and there are three additional windows above. All windows are 20th-century casements with glazing bars set in stone surrounds. The farmhouse is topped with stone end chimneys.
